Welcome to Young Men AI (“App”). The App and related services are operated by Huture AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“Huture AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any associated features, content, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; and
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

The App is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly allow access to anyone under 18.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential; and
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent.

3. Purpose of the App

Young Men AI provides digital tools designed to support personal growth, self-improvement, and goal tracking. While our Services may include educational or motivational content, they are not medical, psychological, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on information provided in the App.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Post, share, or store unlawful, abusive, or offensive content;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
  • Use the App to harass, mislead, or impersonate others; or
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features may be available only through a paid subscription (“Premium Services”). Pricing and renewal terms are displayed in the App Store or Google Play listing.

  • Payments are processed through the relevant platform in accordance with its billing terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal through your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App—including software, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Huture AI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, notes, or materials you input (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant Huture AI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely for operating and improving the App.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to keep the App operational but do not guarantee continuous access. We may update, modify, or suspend portions of the App as needed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. You use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huture AI LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huture AI LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the App is discontinued. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available in the App or on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
